At Seraviaque, we are committed to offering carefully selected women's dresses designed to combine style, comfort, quality, and everyday elegance. We want every dress you receive to meet our quality expectations and accurately reflect the product presented on our website.

This Warranty Policy explains the additional commercial protection available if a dress contains a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or does not materially conform to its product description.

1. 30-Day Quality Assurance Warranty

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Seraviaque provides a 30-day commercial Quality Assurance Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This commercial warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing or production-related defects affecting eligible women's dresses, including:

  • Faulty stitching, open seams, loose or incomplete stitching, or poor garment construction.
  • Broken or defective zippers, buttons, hooks, clasps, straps, ties, belts, buckles, or other fasteners present upon delivery.
  • Holes, tears, cuts, or other fabric damage already present when the dress is received.
  • Incorrectly attached straps, sleeves, pockets, linings, lace, ruffles, trims, embroidery, bows, or decorative details.
  • Major printing, embroidery, pattern, dye, or finishing defects caused during manufacturing.
  • Significant asymmetry or construction defects that materially affect the intended appearance or wearability of the dress.
  • A dress that materially differs from the product description, design, color, or style ordered.
  • An incorrect dress, size, or color sent as a result of a fulfilment error.

2. Statutory Legal Guarantee

The 30-day Quality Assurance Warranty is an additional commercial benefit and does not replace, reduce, or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Consumers purchasing goods in France and the European Union may benefit from statutory legal protections relating to product conformity and defective goods.

Where applicable, legal remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection law.

These statutory rights continue to apply independently of Seraviaque's 30-day commercial warranty.

3. What Is Not Covered by the Commercial Warranty

The 30-day commercial Quality Assurance Warranty does not generally cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the dress.
  • Minor fabric pilling, gradual fading, or natural changes that develop through normal wear.
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing, hand washing, machine washing, drying, ironing, steaming, bleaching, or dry cleaning.
  • Shrinkage, stretching, discoloration, dye transfer, or deformation caused by failure to follow the garment care instructions.
  • Damage caused by snagging, sharp objects, jewelry, handbags, pets, chemicals, fire, excessive force, or accidents.
  • Damage caused by alterations, tailoring, hemming, repairs, or modifications performed after delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or chemicals.
  • Minor differences in color caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, or normal production variation.
  • Minor differences in print or pattern positioning resulting from the normal cutting and manufacturing process.
  • Fit, length, style, comfort, or personal sizing preferences where the dress corresponds to the size and description ordered.
  • Products showing clear signs of excessive use, neglect, misuse, deliberate damage, or improper care.

These exclusions apply only to Seraviaque's additional commercial warranty and do not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim for a Seraviaque dress, please contact our customer support team at contact@seraviaque.com.

Please include the following information with your claim:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The name of the affected dress.
  • The size and color ordered, where applicable.
  • A clear description of the defect or problem.
  • Clear photographs showing the entire dress and the affected area.
  • A short video where photographs alone do not clearly demonstrate the issue.
  • A photograph of the garment label, tags, and packaging where available.

Commercial warranty claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Claims made under statutory consumer protection rights may be submitted within the time limits provided by applicable law.

5. Claim Assessment

Once we receive your warranty claim, our customer support team will review the information and evidence provided.

We may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, garment information, or other reasonable evidence where necessary to determine the nature and cause of the reported issue.

Please do not return a dress before receiving written return instructions and the appropriate return address from our customer support team.

6. Available Solutions

If a warranty claim is approved, Seraviaque will provide an appropriate solution based on the nature of the defect, product availability, and applicable consumer protection law.

Available solutions may include:

  • A replacement dress.
  • A replacement of the same product in the correct size or color where the original item was incorrectly supplied.
  • A repair where practical and appropriate.
  • A partial refund or price reduction.
  • A full refund to the original payment method.

Where a return is required because of a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or lack of conformity, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the instructions provided by our customer support team.

7. Processing Time

We aim to review warranty claims within 3–5 business days after receiving all information reasonably required to assess the claim.

If a refund is approved, it is generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

8. Dress Care and Inspection

We recommend carefully inspecting your dress shortly after delivery and before removing tags, washing, altering, or wearing it for an extended period.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label to help preserve the fabric, color, shape, stitching, embellishments, and overall quality of your dress.

Where possible, dresses should be washed with similar colors using a mild detergent, while bleach and excessive heat should be avoided unless specifically permitted by the care label.

Proper garment care helps maintain the quality and appearance of your dress but does not affect your right to make a valid claim regarding a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery.

9. Sizing and Fit

Product pages may include measurements, sizing information, fit guidance, and garment details intended to help customers select an appropriate dress.

Minor measurement variations may occur as a result of manual measurement and normal garment manufacturing tolerances.

A preference regarding fit, dress length, looseness, tightness, style, or overall appearance is not normally considered a manufacturing defect where the product corresponds to the size and specifications ordered.

Eligible returns based on sizing or personal preference may instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
