These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Seraviaque website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, specifications, materials, and other relevant details for products available on our website.
Minor differences in color, fabric texture, appearance, measurements, or finishing may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, photography, production processes, or normal manufacturing variations.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute product defects, except where a product does not conform to the description, quality, or legal requirements applicable to the sale.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the Seraviaque website are shown in Euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
Where required by applicable law, displayed prices include applicable VAT. Any shipping charges or other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotions, discounts, or availability at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where correction is legally permitted due to an obvious pricing or technical error.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms of Sale.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully authorized and an order confirmation has been issued, subject to product availability and any applicable fraud or verification checks.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, payment issues, stock shortages, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or legal and regulatory compliance concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due will be refunded through the original payment method.
5. Payment

Seraviaque and SARL COULIER-GOBIN do not store complete payment card details on their own systems.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location, currency, device, or the payment methods supported by our payment providers.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are provided on our website, during checkout where applicable, and in our Shipping Policy.
Tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 60 days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and other conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, returned products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory withdrawal, conformity, refund, repair, or replacement rights available under applicable French or European Union consumer law.

Seraviaque cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied by the customer. However, where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to correct an address or contact detail if you notify us before dispatch.
9. Warranty
Products may be covered by our Warranty Policy and any mandatory legal guarantees applicable under French and European Union law.
Any commercial warranty offered by Seraviaque generally applies to eligible manufacturing or production defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper washing or care, normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow product-care instructions.
Commercial warranty conditions do not limit or replace mandatory statutory consumer guarantees where those guarantees apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seraviaque and SARL COULIER-GOBIN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.
Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that affected order.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law or would interfere with mandatory consumer rights.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where the law applicable in your country of residence provides greater mandatory consumer protection, those rights will continue to apply.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another jurisdiction of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to them under applicable law.
